- check- in 14.00 at noon and check - out 12.00o'clock after 12.00-18.00 o'clock 50% room rate and after 18.00 o'clock charge one night room.
- Meal Rate Lunch 250 Bht/person, Dinner 350 Bht/person
- Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 05 New Year Eve adult 2,100 Bht/person, child 1,050 Bht/person.

- Free of charge for children under 12 years sharing with parent (Max. 2 children's with no extra bed)
- Meals for children 4-12 years old will be charged 50%, child over 12 years will be charged is full rate.
- Cancellations can be made 7 days in advance and every cancellation will be given a cancellation code in normal period. 20 DEC - 31 Jan 30 days of cancellation prior to arrival. 1 November - 31 April 24 days of cancellation prior to arrival.
1 May - 31 Oct 05 16 days of cancellation prior to arrival.
Reservation Policy:
- Full prepayment prior to arrival date. We accept visa/master card plus 3.5% bank charge.
- In case of "No Show", we shall charge from the given credit card at least one-night room rate or otherwise notice.
